The raffle promo prize ("3D2N Stay at Cala Laiya") is open to all participants who enter the raffle draw according to the specified guidelines.
The Prize consists of a three (3) day, two (2) night stay at Cala Laiya resort, valid for weekdays only. Blackout dates are excluded. The winner will be accommodated in a 2 Bedroom Casita (suitable for four (4) guests), subject to availability at the time of booking.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. It is also non-negotiable and non-refundable.
The Prize does not cover any additional expenses such as transportation, meals, activities, or any other incidental charges incurred during the stay.
The winner must contact Cala Laiya directly to arrange the booking, subject to availability and the resort's booking terms and conditions.
The Prize must be claimed until November 2024 from the date of the raffle draw. Failure to claim the Prize within this period will result in forfeiture.
Cala Laiya reserves the right to modify or cancel the Prize at any time without prior notice.
